Quick Cut-Out
Tilapia for Two

2 tilapia fillets
1 can coconut milk (found in Hispanic foods aisle)
¼ cup flour
1 envelope Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
Non-stick spray (such as Pam)
Spatula
Marinate tilapia in a zip-top bag filled with coconut milk for one hour.
Pat dry with paper towels.
Sprinkle ½ teaspoon Italian seasonings on each side of the tilapia.
Dredge each piece of fish in the flour, coating completely.
Coat a skillet with non-stick spray and bring to medium heat.
Once heated, add tilapia and cook about 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked all the way through
When done, remove from pan gently with a spatula and serve.
